Maro D'Italia is a trademark of the company TOOaleta GmbH. In the following, both names will be used interchangeably.

TOOaleta GmbH ensures the products, offered in the online MARO bathroom store are of high quality and without any manufacturing defects. If, however, you receive a defective product, contact us immediately and we will either repair the existing product or send you a new one.Maro D'Italia obligation warranty for replacements and repair of the product is restricted.2-year-warranty applies only if the product was properly installed and used in accordance with the instructions. Maro D'Italia is not responsible for the costs of removal, return shipping and re-installation of the product.

Warranty does not cover the following:

    - damage or loss due to natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, flood, storm etc.,
    - damage or loss due to abuse, negligence or improper maintenance of the product,
    - damage or loss due to incorrect removal, repair or modification of the product,
    - damage or loss due to sediment or foreign substances in the water system such as water faucet,
    - damage caused by improper installation or installation in hazardous environment,
    - damage caused by physical damage.

Before you return the defective product please contact us for reimbursement.
In addition, a letter explaining the problem has to be attached. No product will be accepted without a refund number.

 Personal data protection

Your personal data will be solely used for technical reasons of administration on the website for communication purposes. The collected personal data will not be given to third party or used anywhere else without your permission.  Our employees have been obliged to respect your data's privacy.






The ordered goods can be paid directly to the postman with cash on delivery. This option is only possible in Slovenia, Austria and Croatia.

In case you are not at home, the goods can be picked up at the nearest post office.



Next option is a direct bank transfer via electronic banking or paying at a bank or post office.

If a legal person orders our products the payment is made after an invoice is issued. The merchandise will be delivered within the agreed time after receiving the payment.


Safe and secure payment through PayPal is also available. You can pay with your PayPal balance, debit or credit card.



The postage is free of charge for all 46 members of EU regardless of merchandise. In non-EU countries, some extra costs may arise (shipping, custom fees, taxes, fees or similar).

All packages are insured and come with a tracking number.



We will send an order confirmation by e-mail as soon as we have received your order.




Normal delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from the day the order was placed. If the item is not in stock you will be informed about approximate delivery time or possibilities of exchanging your item for a similar product.

You always have the possibility to cancel the purchase if a longer delivery delay occurs. Please contact our Customer service and the purchase price will be refunded back to you.




Products offered in the Maro Bathroom store are personal hygienic devices.  As such, bidets or other devices which have already been used cannot be returned. 

Moreover, these products cannot be altered in any way and have to remain in resalable condition.  Due to the hygiene nature of our business, any products that have been hooked up to water or used in any way are not eligible for return due to Public Health Regulations and policy. 

All returns have to be carried out no later than in 30 days after your notification of withdrawal.
Send us your request to return the product. All returns can be carried out only after agreement within seven working days and marked with the approval number.The goods must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, with all original parts and instructions.

We will refund the purchase price within 30 days directly to your bank account (that is why we need your bank account number). The postage will not be refunded.


Return Shipping and exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. TOOaleta GmbH will pay for the exchange shipping back to you!  Return shipping packages must be shipped via DHL or DPD with insurance. TOOaleta GmbH cannot be held liable for damages incurred during shipment.  Return shipping address will be given when RMA number is issued.

Please allow 7-10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your account.  A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returns with missing or damaged parts.

Wrong delivery


If we shipped you the wrong product or it arrived defective or damaged
We are sorry! We will send a replacement or refund you the amount of your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, parts, etc., where applicable.

If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind
We will refund you the money paid for your purchase (minus the shipping costs), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, parts, etc., where applicable, provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased product was not marked as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item.
